A chilly morning, but sunny. The Deacon Hill 3 were about 150 m along the top path, but down the hill and annoyingly invisible from the path, and so it took me a while to find them. I heard one of them blowing before I saw them. They were grazing and not to be distracted. All 3 seemed very alert and well. Both troughs were also fine.
