My visit to Deacon Hill was accompanied by 2 red kites enjoying the updraughts. All 4 ponies were looking a bit disconsolate, about 100m from the top gate, and close to the Morestead Rd fence. A couple felt the need to say a quick hello before relieving themselves, copiously. Clearly all well there.
