Swelteringly hot day and surprisingly the ponies weren't sheltering in the corral, but they weren't far away, a little way along the lower path and up a bit. They seemed very intent on eating and were slightly testy with my presence. Hoopy looked well, but huffed off before I could get a close look, probably worried I was going apply some cream or other 😁. Lots of butterfly activity which is great to see.
