We shut the lick in. It was upside down, checked, not much had gone. I left it upside down. We looked up the main path and the middle section back down the main path and by the road fence but didn't see the ponies. A man blackberrying hadn't seen them either. Plenty of hiding places there... The troughs were full. We picked up some litter from the verge.
